IChing - brief background
"IChing" a.k.a "the Book of Changes" is an ancient book from the Chinese literature depicting the strong Chinese culture. The origin of IChing goes way back to about 770 B. C. People approach IChing with a question to get the advice, as a part of their never-ending strive to be perfect and to lead a successful life. IChing is much more than an Oracle. An Oracle will tell or advice about things that are going to happen, but IChing instead will advice the questioner
with alternatives and the consequences from each one of those alternative when taken. This help document will not try to discuss about the origin, let alone the meaning of IChing, there are many documentation available in the web that can be referenced to understand IChing. IChing message is complex and cryptic. Intepretation is misrepresented is not intentional, but is should be attributed to the complex language and message of IChing.

Tips to ask question
IChing responds to the question of the questioner with different options and forces the questioner to draw his/her own interpretation and decide on a future path. As a part of the answer, it gives advice which might be directly or indirectly related to the question. I Ching uses sixty four hexagrams to interpret the oracle and to give advice for a particular question. This application removes the complex build of hexagrams and keep it very simple for the user. All necessary steps are taken care of in the background and represented to the user with just one click. Note that hexagrams are not displayed in this application to keep the response simple.

How to interpret response
It is very important to keep an open mind when interpreting the response. It is said that intuition will help understand the response clearly. There might seem contradict in answer or advice or features, but careful reading and understanding especially with respect to timeline of events might clarify. There are some common words used which should be interpreted to have multiple meaning. For example, "current situation", "danger" etc., might refer to your
current job, work being undertaken, stance of an issue, your age, your experience etc. Similarly "danger" might refer to misfortune, wrong place,
inexperience, etc. Also, the response in general will give you one side of the coin and the other side should be interpreted by you. For example, there might be a statement like "your selfish nature will bring failure", this should also be interpreted as "unselfish behavior will get you out of danger".

Response is represented in three sections - "ANSWER", "ADVICE" and "FEATURES".

"ANSWER" section provides information about your current actions which might lead to success or failure.

"ADVICE" section provides information about your future actions which might lead to success or failure. Response has a mixture of different perspectives
about future. Most of the time, the right path is recommended which leads to success and sometimes clear direction is defined.

"FEATURES" section provides key words related to actions and outcomes that you might want to consider related to your question. The key words provide great
value and along with the answer and advice provides clear meaning to your question.
